For colored infant clothing with formula stains use a paste on the stain that is made of water and meat tenderizer. Finally wash as you normal.
Baby Puke
Puke or vomit stains can be removed if they are treated as quickly as possible. Wash fabrics under water then apply a mixture of water and borax to the stain. Soak in saltwater then wash as normal.
Training Pants

Grass
These stains can be removed from infant clothing with white vinegar that is dabbed onto the stain. Rinse then rub liquid fabric detergent into the garment and finish by washing as normal.

If you wish to use baby detergent to clean your infant clothing, be aware that they may not be able to remove tough stains. You can then use regular fabric detergent on your infant clothing if your baby does not suffer from allergies such as eczema and other skin conditions such as sensitive skin. Otherwise try the stain removal methods mentioned above. It is fine to wash the infant clothing
in with the family's laundry if they do not have any skin conditions. Try one garment first to see if you baby does react to the new fabric detergent. The best detergents are the liquids with no fragrances and colors. If you do notice a change in your baby's skin switch back to baby detergent. Cloth diapers should be washed in a separate load, as they require strong, harsh detergents to remove these types of stains.
